ANTIFA Code of Ethics
Move heaven and Earth for comrades, just Earth for enemies. This message is intended solely for internal use by ANTIFA operatives. Any unauthorized distribution or disclosure is strictly prohibited.
Team,
It’s that time of year again when we update the internal org. documents. With so many recruits, I wanted to deliver this message so there can be no room for interpretation. Our brand is under constant attack and mischaracterization by forces that seek to destroy our working-class solidarity. We wanted to make sure that our core principles are clear, concise, and accessible to all.
2026 ANTIFA Code of Ethics:
Compassion
Empathy
Solidarity
No Mercy
Compassion: For comrades, we move heaven and earth.
We commit to moving heaven and Earth for the success and well-being of our members and the collective mission. This means we will apply our maximum effort, creativity, and resources to overcome internal obstacles and achieve our shared goals, leaving no colleague behind.
We differ from the right in our ability to find compassion. When it comes to our comrades, we understand that no one is perfect. We must always strive to be as compassionate as is possible and reasonable. Some may fall, but redemption is nearly always possible for a working-class soldier as long as they accept accountability and try to be better. We will not cast out those who stumble. Instead, we will pick them up, dust them off, and continue to march with them hand in hand until we reach the ultimate goal of working-class liberation.
All members will display compassion for their communities. We will not tolerate any violence or vandalism from any members. In our history, we’ve had 0 instances, and we will continue that record. This allows us to quickly identify government agitators as they are the only ones who promote or employ these methods.
Through compassion, we seek to alleviate the suffering of one another, which is why we placed this at #1. However, the extent of our efforts is strictly reserved for those who have already dedicated themselves to the movement. That’s why we emphasize COMRADES, as the maximum effort we exert should be strictly reserved for those fighting beside us. What we have left, we can spare for those we’re fighting for.
Empathy: We keep our arms and hearts open.
We remain open to accepting anyone who finds their way home. We will only reward converts with the empathy we reserve for comrades once certain conditions are met.
Empathy as a Reward for Peace: The organization chooses to withhold the emotional and resource-intensive effort of true, affective (feeling-based) empathy until the other party has demonstrated a behavior change and ceased antagonism. Empathy is a condition of truce. This includes targeted mutual aid (where possible).
Empathy as Reconciliatory Action: The act of showing deep empathy is what seals the conversion. The organization actively demonstrates understanding and care only after the conflict is resolved, using it to build the new cooperative relationship.
Empathy as a Strategic Resource: The organization views affective empathy as a valuable, limited resource. It is wasteful to spend this resource on active adversaries, so it is reserved only for those who are now allies, maximizing its value for solidarity and mutual benefit.
Anyone seeking redemption will find it. All converts will be welcomed home to the working-class movement and be afforded the full luxuries they are entitled.
Solidarity: We are the atoms of power. Only once fused do we become the critical mass that shatters the billionaire class.
Every member, every community, is an essential, irreducible unit of energy. Our primary ethical duty is to ensure the unwavering integrity of our internal bonds. Any action or division that risks fracturing our union is a betrayal of the collective mission and is strictly prohibited.
Our collective strength is not arithmetic; it is exponential. We commit to a constant, accelerating fusion of efforts, resources, and shared purpose (Solidarity). We aim to achieve critical mass—the point of no return—where our unified power is overwhelming and self-sustaining. This mandate demands maximum effort and zero tolerance for apathy or separatism.
This does NOT reduce any group for a greater cause. It’s the exact opposite. All members will cultivate their respective marginalized communities because we are chained together. Our strength is determined by the weakest among us, which will be the core of our movement. They must go through every comrade to get to one.
However, we understand every comrade may not have the ability to advocate for every community in a given moment. We will not focus on buzzwords or false morality. Instead, we understand that certain comrades and communities will be designated as respective bridges for intersectionality and will operate accordingly.
All criticisms remain internal and are referred to the inner council. There will be no more fighting publicly. Only unity and solidarity for the working class movement.
No Mercy: For our enemies, we move just Earth.
Getting Unethical: In our dealings with external competitors, critics, or opposing forces, we adhere to a principle of Just Earth. Our actions will remain grounded in legal compliance with creative boundaries. We will be as unethical as our enemies.
This means we remain fully aware of our natural right to defend ourselves. We match the energy thrown at us. We treat those as they treat others, since that’s the true indication of how they want to be treated.
Our commitment to justice supersedes all emotional concerns and transient compromises. No Mercy is not cruelty; it is the absolute tactical necessity of total commitment. It means:
No Retreat: We will not cede ground, pause the fight, or accept partial victories that leave the fundamental structures of exploitation intact.
No Compromise: We will not dilute our demands, nor will we accept inclusion into the system we are sworn to dismantle.
No Pity: We reject all attempts to solicit sympathy for the structures of power or for those who profit from the oppression of the many.
Focus on Action, Not Sabotage: We do not engage in activities that are purely destructive or vengeful in nature. All campaigns must have a clearly defined target, objective, and timeframe. Actions must be replicable and trackable. Actions must be narrow and attainable. We can not boycott everything, everywhere, all at once.
All members of the organization are expected to confirm receipt via the new MOC (Management of Change) tool. Failure to do so could result in negative repercussions.
Team, we’re keeping it simple. These 4 tenets are something we should all strive to live by in ANTIFA. This is how we fortify our culture against the bad-faith actors who seek to destroy us from within.
I look forward to ending this quarter strong as we line up 365 days of economic warfare for 2026.
Until then, stay safe, stay subversive.
Your CEO,
-MTSTW
